| 中文描述 | 髖關節(COXA) PLANA-VARA畸形,在以"蛙腿姿勢"下拍x光,可見變平的股骨頭和輕微彎曲下降的股骨頸.再有這種畸形的狗中,大多數也有雙邊或單邊股骨頭的破裂.在少數病例中,可見舊的癒合裂痕.十起病例中就有九起可能發生在平毛尋回犬.症斷藉由x光相片.可能會和髖關節發育不全症混淆. |

| 英文描述 | The coxa plana-vara deformity is characterized by a flattened femoral head and a femoral neck that is bent slightly downward. It is best seen when radiographs are taken with the dog in the 'frog leg position'. A series of dogs was described which had this deformity, most of which also had a fracture of the femoral head, either unilaterally or bilaterally. In a few cases there was evidence of older healed fractures. Nine of ten cases were in Flat Coated Retriever dogs. Dx by radiography, where it may be confused with hip dysplasia. |
